The only 12 volt pump here, and the longest cord
Pioneer Pet 3026
A 12 V replacement pump supplied with its transformer and a 70.8-inch cord, stated to work in every Pioneer Pet drinking fountain.
What you are getting
A 12 volt replacement pump with its transformer, for Pioneer Pet and SmartCat fountains. $18.95, on a 70.8-inch cord.
The only 12 volt pump on this shelf
Every other pump here runs on DC 5 V over USB, or does not say. This one is 12 V with a transformer, on a UL listed low-voltage power system.
That makes it the clearest case of why the plug is half the fitment question: a 5 V USB pump cannot replace this one and this cannot replace them, whatever the bowl either sits in. The shelf’s buying tip says to check the flow rate as well as the plug — here the plug is decided before anything else.
It fits the whole range, and says so
“Works in all Pioneer Pet Drinking Fountains.” One sentence covering a maker’s entire catalog is rare on this shelf, where most listings name three or four models.
The longest cord here, measured
70.8 inches — just under six feet. Three listings on this shelf mention a cable; only this one and the Monsin pump give a length, and this is the one that states it to the tenth of an inch.
A cord length matters more than it sounds: a fountain is placed where the cat drinks, not where the socket is.
Weekly cleaning, and designed in the USA
“Pump should be cleaned weekly.” Same interval as Veken, half the interval most of this shelf gives.
What is not published
No flow rate, no noise figure, and no power draw. “Drinking fountain universal pump” is the opening line, and the model list that follows contradicts the word universal.

The questions owners ask
Can I use a 5 V USB pump instead?
No. This is a 12 V pump with its own transformer, and every other pump on this shelf that states a voltage runs on DC 5 V over USB. The two are not interchangeable in either direction. That is why the shelf guidance says to check the plug as well as the flow rate — and why a pump that physically drops into the bowl can still be the wrong part.
Does it really fit every Pioneer Pet fountain?
That is the claim: "works in all Pioneer Pet Drinking Fountains". It is the broadest fitment statement on this shelf and the easiest to use, since it needs no model number. The opening line calls it a "drinking fountain universal pump", which the sentence after it immediately narrows to one maker — read the second line, not the first.
Is the cord long enough?
70.8 inches, just under six feet, with the transformer on the end. Only one other pump here publishes a cable length — the Monsin at six feet — and nobody else mentions it at all. A fountain goes where the cat drinks rather than where the socket is, so the figure is worth having before ordering.
