What you are getting
One adjustable blade that covers five sizes — #9, #10, #15, #30 and #40 — for Wahl cordless pet clippers. Stainless steel, made in Germany. $37.99.
Five numbers in one blade
Every other blade on this shelf is one length. This one moves through five, from #9 down to #40, with a lever rather than a swap. On the published numbers that spans roughly 2 mm (0.08 in) down to 0.25 mm (0.01 in): the whole working range of a pet clipper except the body lengths.
It is the most expensive item in this group at $37.99, and it is the only one that replaces several.
What the maker publishes, and what it is worth
Made in Germany, high-grade stainless steel, with “superior tooth geometry” claimed to stay cool and “eliminate the risk of overheated blades”. Heat is the real failure mode on this shelf — the shelf guidance says a blunt blade is the usual cause of a clipper that suddenly heats or pulls — so a cooling claim is at least aimed at the right problem. It is a claim, not a figure.
The blade measures 1.25 × 1.5 × 0.5 inches and weighs 0.069 ounces.
A 30-day guarantee, and a note about stray hair
Wahl states a 30-day satisfaction guarantee — the only warranty published by any blade in this group. It also warns that “small bits of synthetic hair may appear on the blade or clipper” from its own quality assurance, which is a maker telling you in advance why a new blade may not look untouched.
What is not published
No blade life, no sharpening interval, and no list of clipper models — only “Wahl cordless pet grooming clippers” as a family.

The questions owners ask
Does an adjustable blade replace five separate ones?
For the five sizes it covers, that is what the maker sells it as — #9, #10, #15, #30 and #40 on a lever. What it does not cover is the long end: the Andis 4FC on this shelf leaves 3/8 inch and the Yaziyir set 16 mm (0.63 in), both well beyond #9. So it replaces the close and medium blades, not the body ones.
What does "stays cool" mean here?
It is a claim about tooth geometry, and the listing gives no temperature or interval to go with it. Heat is the right thing to aim at — a blunt or dry blade is the usual cause of a clipper that suddenly heats or pulls — but the habit that actually prevents it is oiling the blade every few minutes of use, and no listing on this shelf publishes a figure for how long any blade stays cool.
Why would a new blade have hair on it?
Wahl says so on its own page: "small bits of synthetic hair may appear on the blade or clipper" because every unit is run through quality assurance before it ships. It is unusual for a maker to volunteer that, and it is worth knowing before concluding a blade has been used.
