What you are getting

Eight stainless steel combs for Wide Blades — #10W, #30W and other Wide sizes, plus the T-84 and T-10. $103.99.

A different blade width, and therefore a different comb

Wide Blades cut a broader swathe than a standard A5 blade, and a comb made for a standard blade will not span one. That is why this set exists and why it costs what it does: it is the only Wide Blade comb set on this shelf.

Buying it for a standard clipper would leave eight combs that cannot be fitted — and buying a standard set for a Wide Blade clipper does the same in reverse.

The most expensive item on this shelf, by double

$103.99, against $51.99 for the next steel set and $29.99 for the shernbao eight-piece. It is also the heaviest at 680 grams — three quarters of a kilo of steel for eight combs.

What the maker argues for the money

“Ultra-durable, stainless-steel combs that move through the coat more smoothly than plastic attachment combs”, and “improved design to fit securely, prevent breakage”. The second is a maker naming its own previous failure mode: combs that broke.

“Pair any Wide Blade with an attachment comb for ultimate cut length versatility” is the pitch, and it is accurate in form — a comb multiplies the lengths a single blade can leave.

What is not published

No lengths and no colors. Like the Wahl and JOYZZE sets, this one sells eight combs without saying what any of them cuts. At this price that is the hardest omission on the shelf to defend.

The package measures 89 × 191 × 159 mm (3.50 × 7.52 × 6.26 in).

The questions owners ask

What is a Wide Blade?

A blade that cuts a broader swathe than the standard A5 size, so a full body takes fewer passes. The comb has to span that extra width, which is why a standard comb will not go on one. This listing names #10W and #30W — the W is the width marker — along with the T-84 and T-10. If your blade carries no W and is not a T-series, this set is not for it.

Why is it three times the price of a steel eight-piece?

Width and mass are most of it: 680 g (24 oz) here against 80 g (2.8 oz) for the eight-piece Andis lifted set, and a wider comb needs more steel to stay rigid across the span. The rest is the market — it is the only Wide Blade set on this shelf, so there is nothing to price against. What the money does not buy is information: no lengths and no colors are published, where the $29.99 shernbao set publishes both.

What does "prevent breakage" tell me?

That an earlier version broke. A maker writing "improved design to fit securely, prevent breakage" is naming its own past failure, which is more candid than most listings on this shelf. It does not say what changed or how it was tested.
